Clos Muretti, Rates 2008

From 01.11.2008 between 03.04.2009, the Clos Muretti proposes stays at your choice :
 
- Weekly (7 night) week from SATURDAY 5 p.m to next SATURDAY 10 a.m. : 490 Euros/apartment/week (in more heating rates 35 Euros/week),

- In the overnight stay (minimum at 2 nights) : 167 Euros/apartment/night (for the two first nights) ; nights over : 111 Euros

 

During Summer RATES INCLUDE : accomodation, water + electricity, and visitor's tax.

The rentals are strictly limited to the maximum capacity as indicated, being 4 people (a very young child is considered as a separate occupant).

Week from SATURDAY 5 p.m to next SATURDAY 10 a.m.

The rental is subject to the signed contract which will be sent upon receipt of your request for reservations. The reservation will only be definitive upon receipt of the signed contract and 30% of the total rental fee, wich is held as a deposit. Unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled after 10 days.

The remainder of the rental fees, being 70% of the total fees inclued visitor's tax must be settled at the latest 30 days before the arrival. If this one is not settled within the time limit allowed, the rental agreement will be cancelled by rights and the deposit paid not restored.

The security deposit (set at 600 euros) must be settled when keys are handed over.  The security deposit must be deposited in euros in the form that is most convenient for the renter : cheque (will not be cashed), cash or bank transfer payment. The security deposit will be returned maximum 10 days after the end of the rental period.

CANCELLATION : the cancellation of your reservation must be made by telephone followed by written confirmation.

MUST BE PAID FOR ON THE SPOT :

HOUSEKEEPING FEE : 50 euros

SECURITY DEPOSIT : 600 euros, returned after 10 days maximum after rental period.
